Thanks to Julia for this Frugal Baby Tip!
Mine is super simple, I have a Dex wipe warmer wrapped around an old Chubs box I put a couple squirts of Winnie the Pooh (I got it for a shower gift) baby wash and warm water in it, plug it in and keep it on top of the dresser (on a trivet as I found some water was warping the dresser) I keep baby wash cloths in the top drawer of the dresser, and as needed I dunk them and clean the hiney.
I always run out of solution before I have ever had it go bad (lasts about three days) and I do smell it before wiping the hiney just to be sure it's not foul or anything. It's easy and cheap - I got the baby washcloths at a second hand store 3 for 60 cents and have about 20 wipes.
