Thanks to Kathy for this Frugal Baby Tip!
When baby won't lay still to get a diaper changed: I've cut out magazine pictures and tacked them on the wall beside the changer. I use a gluestick so they're easy to remove. I try to put up a new one every day or so, but it's something I can point to and distract him while I change him.
