Johnsons Baby OilThanks to Julie for this Frugal Baby Tip!

Here is the recipe I use now:
2 1/2 cups warm water (distilled is best, but I'm lazy)
2 teaspoons castille soap or baby shampoo
1 tablespoon baby oil
2 drops tea tree oil
3-5 drops lavender oil

Here's another recipe:

2 1/2 cups warm water
2 teaspoons almond castille soap
1 tablespoon sweet almond oil
2 drops tea tree oil
2-3 drops ylang ylang

I think the Tea Tree oil is still neccessary to keep in from getting funky.
