Thanks to Julie for this Frugal Baby Tip!
Here is the recipe I use now:
2 1/2 cups warm water (distilled is best, but I'm lazy)
2 teaspoons castille soap or baby shampoo
1 tablespoon baby oil
2 drops tea tree oil
3-5 drops lavender oil
