I have heard from many many people, including my midwife that cabbage leaves
work! Just put them into your bra and leave them there. The only other choice is expressing some milk. Take some Tylenol if you need to. Don't let them stay full for too too long.
What worked for me was getting into the shower and letting the hot water pour
over them. After a few minutes, milk would begin to leak and the pressure would be relieved. Cold packs didn't work for me, some say they do though. Make sure that you empty your breasts to make sure that you don't drop your milk supply.
