Thanks to Tami for this Frugal Baby Tip!
Regarding relieving engorgement: after trying applying ice packs as my lactation consultants recommended, I finally used my own reasoning and used a heat pad and pumped. Finally, I found relief and mental peace that my breasts weren’t going to tear open!!
