On one windy, sunny, hot day my diapers line dried in about 60 minutes.
On a cool, overcast, still day this winter they took close to 4 hours.
I do reccomend fluffing for a couple minutes in the dryer before putting them out (it makes them easier to hang) and also afterwards (makes them softer). I've heard of putting a tennis ball in with them, but our tennis balls always get confiscated by our dogs, so I haven't tried it yet.
