Try an old silk scarf from a thrift store, some moms have had great success with that. Or you might be able to find a silk shirt at a second hand store. However, it might be just as cheap to get a metre of silk at a fabric store.

Just cut into rectangles and roll-seam the edges. Wonderful for babies allergic to polyester or with a bad diaper rash.
