Thanks to Pratima for this Frugal Baby Tip!
I had made an antifungal solution which I found online:
Anti-fungal Baby Wipes © Millie Fodor
1/2 c. distilled water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. aloe vera gel - I got the one that you can drink
1 TBS. calendula oil
1 drop lavender essential
1 drop tea tree essential oil
I got a little carried away with the essential oils and added a few drops of each lavender and tea tree. Then I found out that babies are very sensitive to essential oils and so I've cut back to just the one drop of each.
Most of the time, I use a water/vinegar solution which I keep in a spray bottle by the change table. I wipe off all the poop with a corner of the diaper and then spray and wipe with toilet paper.
