Thanks to Cathy for this Frugal Baby Tip!
I heard of someone who sewed her prefolds into a Velcro cover. She just attached them - either at the back - or front and back (I'm not sure), along the center panel. Then she could just fold in the sides of the prefold and fasten the cover.
