Thanks to Cathy for these Frugal Baby Tips!

What to do if you run out of diapering supplies - what could you use instead?
Here's some of my ideas:

Out of diaper liners? Use a folded facecloth.

Out of diapers? Use a receiving blanket, or hand towel.

Out of diaper covers? Cut open a plastic shopping bag, trim off the handles and tie at the sides.

Out of baby powder? Use corn starch (or do without - it really isn't necessary)

Lost the diaper pins? Grab a piece of sewing elastic and tie the diaper on.

Out of diaper cream? Coat baby's sore bottom with shortening.

Any other ideas to add?
