I used a diaper stacker that I made myself. I made it a bit longer than the pattern called for and added 4 "shelves" and pockets on the outside. I put my night-time terry flats on the bottom shelf, home-made prefolds and absorbent liners on the 2nd & 3rd shelf and my fitted diapers, washed Gerber liners and diaper covers on the top shelf (the biggest shelf). I added a wooden coat hanger to hang it on the wall and it held about 4 dozen diapers. I tucked extra pins and Di-D-Klips in the pockets.

I hung this diaper stacker up near my changing station - which was on top of my big chest freezer in the corner of the kitchen. I made a change pad with built-up sides to match, and also hung wire shelves up on the walls.

One had two shelves with a low front for baby skin care needs and diaper-changing "entertainment". Another flat shelf where I kept washable baby wipes, with a paper towel roll holder underneath. And a third wire rack with hooks for hanging up used diaper covers to air-dry.
