Diapering_: Meconium Staining

I haven't cloth diapered a newborn but a lot of people have mentioned that using a folded washcloth inside a cloth diaper is a good way to catch meconium (or diaper rash cream) and not stain your diapers. I think you can find them at discount places for a couple of bucks for a dozen.
