Diaper Washing_: Rinsing Diapers

I emphasize that, with baby due in June, I am speaking only in theory. But I've been thinking about rinsing (which we definitely want to do to cut down on the number of extra washes, rinses etc.) and here in Sweden, we have a very water-efficient toilet with only maybe 5-7cm of water way down in the bottom. But we do have a detachable shower head on a plastic hose that will reach the toilet. So I was thinking that we would just hold the diaper over the toilet and blast it with water from the shower head -- sound good? Seems to me that should get rid of poop with no problem.

And that got me thinking that when we leave here and no longer have this setup, couldn't we buy one of those plastic temporary shower head things that attaches over a faucet (I think made for people who have a bath but no shower), keep it by the sink or tub -- whichever is closer to the toilet -- and use it to rinse the diapers in/over the toilet? This would give us the power of the water pressure to clean things off, and even keep our hands out of the toilet, while eliminating the problem of what to use to clean a sink that was used for rinsing. Does this sound workable to people with diaper-rinsing experience? Thanks.
