Baby Wipes_: More Wipes

Thanks to Lisa for this Frugal Baby Tip!

Lots of people say they use plain water I found it was too *rough* so I experimented and came up with a recipe. You can either use it a warmer and dip as you need, wet the wipes and store or put it in a spray bottle.

1 1/2-2 cups of water- (distilled works best but tap is okay), 1/4 cup aloe vera gel, 1 TBS. Calendula oil, 2 TSP. baby shampoo, 2-3 drops of tea tree oil, 2-3 drops of lavender oil.

Mix all ingredients and put in container (like a Chubs box) and wrap wipe warmer around it. I keep my wipes on the side and dip them in as needed. I find this keeps them fresh.

Of course you can omit any ingredients you don't like or feel comfortable using. Lots of people wory about the soap leaving a residue and being irritating. I have not found this to be true.
