Diapering_: How to use Diaper Pins

Thanks to Angela for this Frugal Baby Tip!

I have some Dritz pins and I really like them. They are all metal and the only problems I have had is from one that had a previous home. Somehow the very tip got bent(no idea how or if it was like that when I got it). They slide in my Gerber DSQ's without a fight, if I'm not going through a seam or wrinkle, and even then not too bad.

Pinning is definitly something you need to practice. I think someone said if you hold the diaper like its going to be too tight and pin, once your done it fits just right... and that seems pretty acurate in my experience.

  1. Hancock Fabrics sells these Dritz diaper pins, which have a slide lock.

They often put all notions on sale at 50% off, check around a holiday
    weekend.
